The shoe reminds me of Florsheim White dress style. Great selection if you happen to pick out striped wide neck shirt, (Zara sells them), a fitted blazer, dark colored straight khakis rolled up right above the ankle, and a fedora.
Another look for you to pull off during spring is to have the suede moccasins and are which usually best worn without socks. The shoulder bag would compliment the look.
And, last but not least, this outfit is by far my favorite out of the three. Light olive green jacket over a white dress shirt, a duffel bag carried along with the attire, shoes may be Rockport or Vans, worn with fitted black cheap monday jeans would complete the whole look.
